Here are just a few examples of the feedback I have received from by customers.
I decided to get a personal trainer after the birth of my son to reintroduce me back into fitness and get my body back in to shape.
Jo has got to be the most motivated and upbeat person that I have ever met. This is just one of the qualities that make her an amazing personal trainer. Her infectious positivity is what you need, especially as a new Mum who was often lacking in sleep!
Jo is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and somehow fun. She worked around my schedule and my baby!
My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
- She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
- She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun
My results speak of the achievement Jo has helped be obtain: within 6 months I had lost lost 22 lbs, gained great body tone and confidence. Thank you Jo, you really are amazing.
Jo is an amazing instructor and really helped to get me moving despite my many old injuries! From a bad back to a fused wrist, Jo ensured she incorporated specific exercises and routines in my training sessions to really push me, despite the restrictions I have. I love her spinning classes, high energy, lots of fun and hugely calorie burning.
Jo is always positive, motivating and endlessly upbeat. A fantastic Personal trainer and a really lovely person!
18 months ago I was a 51 year old semi fit plump lady who ran on a treadmill and swam. I never enjoyed the exercise but as I have an autoimmune arthritis it was a necessary evil to keep me moving. I saw Jo’s exercise class when I went to a trampoline park with my daughter and decided to give it ago.
In those 18 months since I decided to be brave , my life has changed beyond belief. I class Jo as a dear friend now rather than my PT. She inspires me every session. She recognises that we all have bad days, sore knees and a right hip that just does not move and still manages to get the best out of you. She is fun and never boring (a huge factor for me). She does not make you feel bad if your body cannot do anything and gives you grades of exercise based upon ability and fitness. More importantly she unites the whole of our class by her attitude and warmth so that even though you start as strangers you end up after a few weeks as mates (yes girls…I love you ALL).
More importantly Jo has taught me to respect my ancient stiff body and to appreciate my strengths. Jo has encouraged me to reach further than I ever thought possible.
Last year I did Palace to Palace with Jo. A 45 mile bike ride when previously I had only done 8 miles and that nearly killed me. Without Jo’s encouragement and positive attitude, I know I would not have even tried 45 miles, let alone ride them. I have been so inspired that this year I have two 64 mile bike rides. 18 months ago I would not have had the mental strength or fitness to complete these types of events.
However, my biggest thank you to Jo is for getting me into spinning. I HATE exercise with a passion and despite everything Jo has done that has not changed. I never thought I would ever enjoy any form of it until Jo encouraged me to try spinning. I finally have found ‘my thing’ and I LOVE spinning. With Jo is is hard but so much fun (not a word I ever associated with exercise). The class is well structured, has good tunes , great ambience and quality bikes.
Jo is a truly amazing person, somebody who has the ability to change minds, bodies and lives. I should know!!!!
Jo is the most inspirational, fun instructor I have ever trained with. For each class time flys, before I know it I have been pushed harder than I imagined possible and I always feel great at the end. Jo’s enthusiasm for fitness is infectious, everyone who meets her is a fan!’One in a million!
