  • Monday – Client 1-1’s and Group Training
  • Tuesday 9:30am & 7:30pm – Indoor Cycling, Rush Trampoline Park, High Wycombe
  • Wednesday – Client 1-1’s and Group Training
  • Thursday 9:30am – Indoor Cycling,┬áRush Trampoline Park, High Wycombe
  • Friday PM – Client 1-1’s and Group Training
  • Saturday 9am – Bootcamp,┬áRush Trampoline Park, High Wycombe
  • Sunday – I believe in a Rest Day for ALL from Exercise!
