About Me

My family and I moved to the Middle East, Abu Dhabi in 2010 for my husband’s work. Prior to leaving the UK, I finished with my 14-year post in the City (which I always totally enjoyed by the way!) and decided that I would take a break from banking & recommence work again once settled in Abu Dhabi. Keeping fit and competing in fitness has always been a huge part of my life, in fact I have trained consistently since the age of 14! With a bit more free time on my hands, I was working out every day and surrounded by many successful fitness enthusiasts. I soon realised that I wanted to change directions in my career and work in an industry where I could practice daily doing what I love and enjoy and at the same time help others to achieve their goals and make a difference.

I spent 5 years in the Middle East, qualified as a Personal Trainer in my first year and have never looked back – only forward! I continued to educate myself and found a passion for Indoor Cycling in Year 2. I also started to teach numerous fitness classes in various fitness studios across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

I returned to the UK in 2016 and from here I have created a solid client-base for both PT and Fitness Classes.

My studies from school and college projected me towards a 14 year career in banking & Finance in the City of London. My fitness career started in 2010 when circumstances enabled me to have a pause & rethink my future career. Fitness has always been a major factor in my life & having trained consistently over the years, I felt I could help and inspire clients to exercise with the experience and knowledge I had gained over time. I graduated as a Personal Trainer in 2010, Levels 2 and 3 and began training clients in various local gyms & privately. Further to this, I became very competitive with my running and attended local half marathons and 10k races. At the time, I was training hard & was introduced to spinning (indoor cycling) this was great for my strength and stamina and as such I became hooked. I qualified as a certified Spinning instructor in 2011 and have taught Spin classes for the past 8 years.

I am blessed to have 2 sons who are very keen tennis players and as such have been involved in training small groups of academy players (ages 7-16) in a tennis academy in the middle east, this was a great experience as I was able to work on flexibility, agility and Core strength.

I returned to the UK in 2016 and started to build up a local client-base. The PT remained an integral part of my business. Late 2016 a good friend of mine was opening a trampoline park and as a fitness enthusiast she was keen to start adult exercise classes at her venue. I gladly got on board and helped to build a fitness business which today has c. 350 clients. I designed various classes, similar to those taught in a studio but adapted them to suit exercising on the trampolines. We added Spinning to our timetable, TRX and Yoga and now the business is fully operational within the centre.
