Always try to remain active and fit. Don’t make excuses, just do it! Don’t put yourselves under pressure to do more than you feel like doing, try to turn exercise in to a positive! Don’t over analyse or think about it, the thought is always worse than the deed!
Don’t have a stop start attitude to fitness. Being fit is about being consistent. If you stop for long periods of time and commence exercise, it will take longer to get back to full fitness.
